Terms of service

Disclaimer:
Leather is natural material and can have some discoloration. Please note that the color of the product may vary slightly from the image provided. 

Return and Exchange:
A size exchange should be raised within 10 days of delivery. 

Items can only be size exchanged ONCE per order. 

Once your exchange is received and inspected, you will receive an email about the status of your return and size change. If the product is found to be damaged or used, the size exchange will not be processed. 

We have a strict no return policy unless there is a manufacturing defect, which needs to be raised within 10 days of delivery. In this case, a refund will be issued in 10-14 days. 

We will process the refunds only on products that have a manufacturing defect. Refunds are issued only to the original mode of payment.

Changes to Terms:
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
