Shipping & Exchange

Domestic Shipping:

Free shipping on all prepaid orders — no hidden fees. We dispatch within 2–4 business days, and you’ll see expected ship dates according to your pin code. Orders ship within the time mentioned per style. If your pin code is outside our serviceable area, we’ll promptly offer alternate delivery options. If your area isn’t serviceable, we’ll contact you for alternatives. Delays may occur during peak festival seasons, extreme weather, or government restrictions; weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days. We currently ship only within India, but international shipping is on the way!

COD is available in India, we charge ₹99. The maximum limit per order is ₹10,000. COD Orders above ₹10,000 are subject to cancellation.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY:

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and courier details via email and WhatsApp.

Track your order on the courier’s website. Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.

You can also find out about your order status by contacting us through WhatsApp using your registered mobile number or order id.

Our partners make three delivery attempts; unclaimed orders after three tries are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your full address (including PIN code and mobile) is correct; incorrect details leading to non-delivery are not refundable.

In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

Size Exchange and Return Policy:

We use standard EURO sizes to help you find the right fit. If you need to exchange your pair for a different size, please request a size exchange on our exchange portal within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are allowed for size or style of similar value (if your size isn’t available). No refunds or cancellations. We have a No-returns policy unless the product is received damaged or incorrect. Incase of this, please visit our returns portal within 3 days of delivery. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or return, both within India and internationally. We appreciate your understanding.

Products purchased before the sale cannot be exchanged during the sale period.

There is a no return policy on care items including the Ultra Leather Care Kit.
